The food is hot and good, but the lady was rude. Their person was terrible like they were trying to save the noodles. They have no flavor and it’s very little. I was gonna share with my son the kung pao chicken only had eight pieces of chicken all veggies four pieces of chicken are gonna feed me and my son

MAGGOTS!!! They have maggots in their chicken!! My sister went into this location got their chicken teriyaki and while eating her food she saw something moving and when moving her food more she saw a bunch of them! When she took her food back they didn’t give her money back because the food was eaten! Food was contaminated with maggots and the service was HORRIBLE!

I’m so disappointed with my experience at this panda express. We came in an hour and a half before closing, which is still enough time to make some fresh batches. Except everything was old stiff, and the chicken breading was already falling off the chicken. Everything was cold and chewy. I also asked how long it would take for them to make super greens since they only had like two broccoli pieces in In the hot plate and that’s all no cabbage or nothing. And they said it would take up to 6-10 minutes. But then again most of the food in the hot area was already empty or look over an hour old and it wasn’t being Made again, even though they had an hour left. Not to mention a hair in my food. I couldn’t even finish my plate. They also put a chair in front of the dining room door at 10pm even though they close at 10:30. I’ve worked in fast food and I understand people need to clean and have everything prepped for the following day. But that doesn’t mean rush everything, give out disgusting old food and close early in order to have that done. I work hard for my money and I’m sure everyone, and I hate to spend a good amount on cold food that’s falling apart.

Update: we returned to the Oxnard Panda Express during an extremely busy dinner service. The drive thru line was looooong so we went inside. These workers were hustling their booties off! The chef was producing fresh entrees like crazy. The workers were powering thru the drive thru line while assisting those of us in store. Stuart was so polite and greeted those of us in line and assured us we would be attended to soon. He looked super stressed but kept his cool. We really appreciate him. Our to go order was so good. The food was still hot when we got home. The servings were a good size. Thank you Oxnard Blvd Panda. We appreciate you and the hard work you do. The new panda express in Oxnard is great. We got a wonderful greeting upon entering. The service was great. The employees were happy and friendly. The food was good. To quote my daughter, "they just need to be less Stingy with the beef in the Broccoli Beef. "

Update: the beyond orange 'chicken' was good, can't tell it's not chicken, but at a premium price and so stingy with the portion that is not worth it unfortunately . . . Ordered $30 gift card and got a free bowl - placed the free bowl order over app and grabbed our order through the drive thru 5 mins later. There was only one car in front of us, our food was already ready, so the process was quick and easy Been getting the bowls and the portions are noticeably smaller, that hurts the wallet and especially so when you get the premium items - only 5 measley shrimp for $10+tax. Don't make the same mistake as me, stick with the regular items, I think the orange chicken gives you best bang for your buck!
